Strike Two, Dell

Our new Dell computer hasn't given us too many problems, but we've just passed our second hurdle, and we've only had it a couple weeks.

The first incident was when they shipped our speaker separately from the rest of the computer. It was loaded on the wrong truck and got lost, arriving magically the next day.

No biggie. We can blame that one on UPS.

But now the speaker was going in and out, not working on multiple occasions. So the fine folks at Dell sent us a new one and we returned the old one. So far, no problems.

But now we have an error message popping up, saying a driver has been blocked due to incompatibility. What?! A sofisticated piece of technology like this should be compatable with everything, especially the software it was programed to use!

This is like buying a toaster and then an error message pops up saying, "WARNING: Not compatable with bread!" That's all it is supposed to do!

You're on thin ice Dell...
