Ray Charles + Thanksgiving = A Classic Combo

On Friday, Brody's school had a Thanksgiving luncheon, where he and his classmates sang songs and danced. The crowning moment was a performance including a rendition of "Shake Your Tail Feather" by Ray Charles. Yeah, we didn't choose a very conservative pre-school apparently, but at least they have good taste in music.





Going to our kid's first school performance made us feel kinda old, as did jockeying for good photo position with other parents and making "small talk" with the other folks at our table. But it was fun and we managed to get a photo of the whole family (plus another shot just to prove that Abby does in deed smile).
