Fire Safety Basics

Today Brody took a trip to the local fire station with his pre-school. Brody is a sucker for the color red, loud noises and giant trucks, so this was like Disneyworld for him (and much cheaper for us).

He was full of information at dinner, talking about the siren, flashing lights and sharing tips the fireman gave to the kids.

April asked if they told him how to stop, drop and roll. According to Brody if there is a fire at your house you:

1) STOP playing with your toys
2) DROP them on the floor
3) ROLL out of your house

At least he got the gist of it.
